photo layout configuration in ALL slide types

Currently, only welcome and thank you slides allow photo layout configuration (i.e. the option to align the photo in different ways, for example background, left half, right half, etc.). I request:
  1. Adding photo layout configuration option to ALL slide types
  2. Enhancing photo layout options (see Typeform as an example
